The security of your account information is top priority.

While no bank can promise 100% security all the time, we work very hard to make sure the security of account information is consistent with best industry standards. National United will never solicit your account information – or any personal information – over the phone or through a text or email.

You can help us maintain vigilance:
•   If you receive any solicitation requesting account or personal information (for example: your account number, debit card PIN, social security number, etc., do not respond. Instead, notify us immediately.
•   If you receive an email requesting such info, forward it to us for review.
•   If you have any concerns of questions about account security, or if you believe someone has fraudulently attempted to obtain account or personal information regarding your account, please contact Client Services at 254-865-2211 or contact us through our Secure Contact Form.

Feel free to visit any of our locations with questions or concerns regarding account security. Our Client Service hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm.
