If an answering machine is reached
The Fraud analyst will state they are leaving a message for the card holder that they are trying to verify some recent transactions and to return their call at 1-800-327-8622.  They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.

Keep These Important Tips In Mind

PIN Numbers
Never share your PIN numbers with anyone.  The number that you choose should be easy to remember but also one that others can’t guess.  Never write your PIN number on your debit card or on your protective sleeve.  Always use caution when inputting your card into any type of payment system.

Keep receipts
Always keep any receipts from your debit card transactions.  Compare these to your bank statements.

ATM usage
Always use well-lit ATM’s and be aware of your surroundings.  If anything suspicious occurs when you are using a machine, cancel what you are doing and leave immediately. Do not stand at the ATM counting cash, check that you received the right amount later in a secure place and reconcile it to your receipt then.
